Our Volunteer Staff Teams are made up of individuals who use a small percentage of their time to serve God and others in a big way. Volunteer Staff Teams are also great opportunities to get connected and begin building relationships.

Connection Team
Set-up/Tear-Down Team
Help create an engaging atmosphere by assisting with setting up and tearing down equipment before and/or after our Sunday morning gatherings.

Use your artistic abilities to engage the culture, help people connect with God, and enhance our Sunday morning gatherings. Artistic talents can include poetry, acting, writing, dancing, painting, drawing, set-design, arts & crafts, etc.

Expression Team
Expression is an event featuring a fusion of art, poetry, and music. It is held once a month at Mayorga Coffee Factory in downtown Silver Spring as an outreach to the community. There are opportunities to perform and assist with planning the event.
